The scholarship will provide $1,000 per year for up to four years of undergraduate study leading to a Bachelor’s degree. The recipient will need to maintain a 2.75 or higher grade point average each year in order to qualify for the next year’s scholarship.

RAYMOND H. HEBERT AWARD - $150.00
A product of the Great Depression, he joined the Civilian Conservation Corp at the age of 17 and served for two enlistments and later joined the US Army. He was a life long learner and strongly believed in education both formal and informal. Mr. Hebert studied in night school while welding for H.P. Snyder Bicycle Company and eventually became employed as a draftsman for Cherry Burrell Corporation, moving on to General Electric Company Radio Receiver Division and then General Electric Aerospace Division as a Design Engineer.
