When Jordyan Mueller of Little Falls started the Little Falls Volunteer Corps (LFVC) months ago, the mission of that group was to replenish and strengthen the ranks of volunteers for the many awesome festivals and events in Little Falls.  However, as the world moves through the uncharted territory that is the COVID-19 pandemic, the Little Falls Volunteer Corps (LFVC) is now pivoting and working to coordinate with local organizations to provide volunteer support where it is most needed.

If you are interested in volunteering your time to help those in the community who may be more vulnerable to the virus or its trickle-down effects, the form below has been created to help capture your credentials and areas of need you may be most fit to serve:

Volunteer Form

Submission of this form means you consent to providing your contact information to LFVC for that purpose and authorize it to be shared with local entities. You reserve the right to choose which volunteer opportunities are best suited for you regardless of need.  Please know that every precaution is being taken to keep volunteers safe — the social distancing rules will be enforced and safety items (gloves) and training will be provided. For questions, please contact: LFVolunteerCorps@gmail.com

As Mayor Mark Blask puts it, “Adjusting to this new normal is challenging. (But we) remember, even though we aren’t seeing much of each other right now that doesn’t mean we aren’t connected. Together, we get through this.”

Should you have medical questions related to COVID-19 you can go to www.bassett.org/covid-19 and if you are exhibiting symptoms, please call (607) 547-5555 so you can be directed on what the next steps are.
