THANKS FOR MAKING LITTLE FALLS BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!

For years a Little Falls beautification committee did a wonderful job soliciting donations, purchasing the flowers and hanging baskets and planters and placing them throughout the city. We no longer have that committee and the City of Little Falls cannot take on this added financial burden at this time.

So, the Little Falls Rotary Club, recognizing the importance of the mission of providing flower baskets and planters to our city, took over the responsibility of the beautification committee.

The club reached out to the community to include the Little Falls High School Alumni Network (LFHSAN). We would like to acknowledge and thank the LFHSAN) for the outpouring of generous donations that reflected the affection so many of your hold for your home town.

Hanging baskets looking good!

Some of your donations were made in memory of or honor of friends and relatives. Here is the the current list of those honorees:

“In honor/memory of the members of the class of 1955 and our advisor Stanley Tucker and his wife,” donation by Carolyn O. Lull.

“I’d like to honor my mother, Ruth Busker, who was a long time member of the beautification committee,”donation by Lee Greaves.

“I’m donating in honor of our parents-William and Amelia Janezic,” donation by (one of the Janezic twins) Kathleen Ruhlman.

“To honor my parents William and Amelia Janezic and for all of the fun times growing up in LF,” (one of the Janezic twins) Karen Janezic.

The hanging baskets compliment the “Hometown Hero” military flags flying along Main Street.

Thank you all from the Little Falls Rotary club, for your so much appreciated help in keeping our city looking so beautiful.
