This year’s giving event, Mohawk Valley Gives, raised just over $4.8 million dollars for 323 organizations in the area (and it’s still growing)!  That represents a nearly 200% increase over last year’s event which raised just under $2.5 million dollars!  In its first year, the community raised more than $630,000 to support local organizations. In 2023, that number tripled!

There were 11,676 donations provided this year representing a 125% increase as well. 

As noted on the MV Gives website, this giving event was launched in 2022, and was established to support the incredible nonprofit organizations that uplift our region.

MV Gives engages nonprofits, businesses, community residents (current and former!) and fundholders to harness the community’s collective energy for the greatest possible impact.

Our alumni are great contributors as well, and we thank you all for your support for our community!
